Highspire’s mission to develop traditional construction businesses into scalable enterprises rests on strategic real estate investments which are guided by his role as a co-founder and strategic vision.
As President & Principal of the LIDA Group Dave developed a vertically integrated approach that transformed property development throughout the Greater Victoria and Nanaimo areas. LIDA Construction received the “Builder of the Year” award in 2023 thanks to his leadership which drove the company to achieve excellence and integrity.
At Highspire Capital, he uses his successful methods and leadership skills to teach other entrepreneurs how to build successful companies which results in developing industry leaders who value innovation and excellence while creating sustainable businesses.
