Barrett is the founder and principal of Cadence Real Estate, a privately held, vertically-integrated real estate investment firm in Seattle. He began his career as a carpenter, and rose through management ranks before establishing Cadence in 2008. Now, with 50 multifamily assets, Cadence encompasses real estate, construction, property management, and maintenance. Barrett directs operations across all company divisions, focusing on improving acquired properties to increase value and generate above-market returns for investors.
